High School Musical

This is officially the beginning of my HSM rematch.

The first of the High School Musical is a great movie but still has flaws. As this franchise was probably my favourite, as a child this might be a little biased but at the same time, it might be long enough ago that the effect is negligible.

As it’s a Disney Channel movie the songs are great but the background music is pretty bad.

The story is as good is as I remember. It does a good modernizing the Romero and Juliette storey but that being said is super cliche but it does cliche well the same with being campy.

I still really like this movie though 6.5/10

High School Musical 2

High School Musical 2 is, in my opinion, the worst of the franchise. It is a good movie but nowhere near the best. The music is ok but some of the songs are bad and there are lots of odd situations in the movie but the acting is great.

High School Musical 3

High School Musical 3 just barely edges out the original as the best. The music is pretty good and the story is absolutely great its not as cliché as the original.
